KHPC Committee

The KHPC committee is made up of between 15 and 20 volunteers (usually parents) and is overseen by the DC’s (district commissioners). The committee ensure the smooth running of the club, organising training rallies in all disciplines, club competitions, preparing members for national competitions, fun days etc. All our contact numbers can be found on this page. We would be delighted to answer any queries you may have or to offer advice and guidance on all things ponies and pony club. If you would like to get involved at committee level, please get in touch with a DC who will be happy to discuss your ideas. 
The administration layer of the committee (Dc’s, Secretaries & Treasurer) is there to support, guide and assist the club as a whole and to interact with the IPC governing body to ensure our members are properly represented and that we are up to date with progress, changes etc within the overall movement and that we are on a financially sound footing.
